Lowe’s Innovation Labs is employing Virtual Reality to teach DIY skills and demo power tools to customers.  A customer walks into a store, slips on a VR headset and tries out several hedge trimmers before selecting the one they like the best, or they can perhaps learn a grouting technique that will save them time and aggravation. The end result; improved customer confidence and greater loyalty.
